June Monthly Favourites ft. Bioderma, Avène & LUSH

How is everyone? I know I’m rather late on this Favourites post given that we’re into the second or so week of July, but it’s definitely not a post I want to miss! Last month, I didn’t have any beauty favourites because I was in the midst of testing so many products that I needed to give more time for an opinion overall. Plus, I didn’t want to force any product as favourite. Honesty is the best policy after all. Otherwise, it was a laid-back month which I think, showed. It was my birthday in June – any other June babies too? We had a heatwave for a couple of days, going up to around 30 degrees so you’ll see some products here that helped me deal with that. Sometimes, I’m not sure how to deal with my skin in warmer climates, but my game seems more solid this season like I’ve finally figured it out.   ‘How?’, you ask. Let’s find out: Bioderma Sebium H2O Micellar Water Avène Thermal Spring Water L’Oréal Paris Pure Clay …

Review: L’Oreal Paris Pure Clay Detox Wash

I’m currently in the midst of testing numerous products. I haven’t actually counted how many but it’s definitely over ten! For now, I’m just focusing on the moment and with an almost entirely different skincare routine, I truly hope I’m making the right transition! If all goes well, I will write up my new skincare routine in about a month’s time. 🙂 Today, it’s the L’Oreal Paris Pure Clay Detox Wash that I’ll be talking about so carry on reading to see what I make of it! For reference, I have combination/oily skin that can have a tendency to be dehydrated.   What is it?  It’s a cleansing gel-wash formulated with three pure clays combined with charcoal, to help detoxify your skin. The ‘detox’ includes absorbing excess oil, dirt and make-up residue which more often than not, lead to imperfections if not treated well. With use, this product helps to deeply cleanse and purify your skin. (Below Information taken from FeelUnique.com) 3 PURE CLAYS + CHARCOAL Kaolin- a highly effective natural clay, known to absorb …

May Monthly Favourites – Lifestyle EDIT

I like to keep it as real as possible on this blog. And as it turns out for the month of May, I don’t have many beauty or fashion favourites to offer you. I can only think of two products off the top of my head that could make the cut, but that’s not really a sufficient amount for a Favourites post. I’m currently in the process of trying out a lot of new products but most are still too new to form a full opinion, let alone be considered a Favourite. Instead, I’m offering you my most recent Lifestyle Favourites which I feel is most appropriate in summing up the month! So…let’s begin shall we? April Monthly Favourites ft. L’Oreal, Bourjois + H&M!

I actually don’t know where April went because for starters, there definitely isn’t a whole lot to show for it on the blog! I apologise on my part, but no dwelling – that’s all in the past. What I did do however, was change up my routine a bit more, so I do have a couple of favourites to show. In the meantime, I’m also working to conclude my Rome Travel Series (see recent post here) and to officially accept some blogger awards (long overdue) so expect these posts in the coming weeks. Back to main topic though – favourites! What’s been taking my fancy as of late?
