My Current Playlist #1

Thought I’d put together something a little different! I am a huge music fan; probably more so this year than ever before since I’m making more effort to discover new artists and not listen to all the auto-tuned records playing on the radio. Without naming any names, some artists have become huge sell-outs which has disappointed me greatly since their artistry was so good to begin with. I guess that’s what it means when they say it’s hard to stay original and relevant in the industry. My Busy Summer: Lessons in Self-Growth

Forgive me for having been absent from the blog for months. This summer just gone has been a whirlwind and quite frankly my busiest summer since…forever? It was nice though because I am not the type to book a holiday for next year. I do things in the moment or last minute which works well for some people and not so well for others. I am a spontaneous event planner. Somehow I found myself at a project after another and towards the end of my summer, I even went to Edinburgh for 4 days! Of course, these are all experiences accumulated from my new work but it was an unforgettable summer. I have met so many new people and whilst I can see more challenges ahead, it’s a start of something. A spark. Whether I should let it burn, ignite, is another story but I’m continuing the journey anyway. Obviously I didn’t just come back from Berlin. I’m just a horrible human being who posts things super late at times – but because I love sharing, I would like to showcase the remaining photos of my Berlin trip from September 2017. I know that I said I went to Berlin for 5 days but I decided to only write about the 3 days in the middle since I am not quite counting the day of arrival or day of departure. Setting Up a Good Evening, Good Habits Routine

Following on from my Setting Up a Good Morning, Good Habits Routine, comes along my newly adjusted PM routine! This post will be a little less strict compared to my morning routine but nonetheless, still important since the two go hand-in-hand and can influence each other more than we know. So far, I am finding it a lot easier to adjust my evening routine, possibly because I have certain routines such as my skincare, set in place. The main adjustment I have had to make is essentially shifting everything earlier so that I’m ready for bed by a certain time. Generally speaking, evening routines are a lot more chill than morning routines because there’s less of a rush to get ready! As like the last post, I will be giving some advice on setting up an evening routine.
